Chancellorsville was
a short railroad trip away from this house. Inside, you can visit the
exact room where Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson died. Out of respect, I
kept the camera out of there. Stonewall Jackson was gained his
nickname at the Battle of Bull Run (Manassas Junction) when Brigadier
General Bernard Bee exclaimed, "There's Jackson ... standing like a
stone wall! |
